Job summary

Terumo Neurovascular is seeking a territory sales professional to promote and sell TN neurovascular products in California. You will meet or exceed territory sales goals and cultivate key customer relationships to drive business. You will manage account programs and coordinate with marketing, customer service, and other teams to promote the portfolio. You will train customers, attend meetings, launch new products, and ensure compliance with laws and the company's QMS.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet or exceed territory sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
• Wamiliarity with sales programs and pricing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals.
• Cultivate customer relationships to advance business and sales objectives.
• Manage account programs (pricing, consignment inventory, contracts, promotions, etc.) within assigned territory.
• Work with marketing, customer service and other functional departments to promote and manage business in assigned territory.
• Attend and participate in business and training meetings as designated to acquire or strengthen skills on new products or sales programs and clinical procedures.
• Maintain and expand existing product sales; launch new products into assigned customer base.
• Support training functions and attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
