Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Neurovascular unit, based in Hartford, CT or Boston, MA. This field-based role partners with field sales and clinical teams to drive growth, cover cases, and support expansion across territories.

The ATM will promote Neurovascular products, build relationships with surgeons and clinicians, and provide on-site clinical support during procedures while traveling 20-40% of the time. A strong sales and medical background is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits of Neurovascular products.
• Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of treatment options.
