Stryker's Neurovascular division seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive adoption of the AIS portfolio and support HEM solutions within a defined Kansas City region. You will build clinical partnerships and execute strategies to grow AIS usage in high-acuity settings.

In this role, you will deliver on annual quotas, lead education initiatives for physicians, analyze territory potential, and coordinate with product education teams to accelerate adoption of new techniques and products

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical sales experience (medical device and OR experience preferred).
• Strong AIS portfolio knowledge and understanding of HEM solutions; able to communicate to customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites by car.

Mansioni

• Achieve the defined annual sales quota for the territory.
• Execute AIS launch strategies and support HEM portfolio awareness.
• Analyze the territory to identify key target accounts and drive growth.
• Develop quarterly business plans and allocate resources to AIS opportunities.
• Monitor market pricing, delivery, and merchandising; stay informed of competition.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product updates and pricing trends.
• Support physician education programs and professional society participation.
