Job summary

Stryker’s Neurovascular division seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive adoption of the AIS portfolio and support the HEM portfolio within a designated territory in the United States. You will partner with Territory Managers to execute strategic plans and grow AIS usage in high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, leading product launches, navigating key accounts, and delivering clinical education to physicians and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of clinical sales experience preferred in medical devices.
• Strong AIS portfolio knowledge and understanding of HEM solutions.
• Ability to translate clinical knowledge into customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and drive territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the annual sales quota for the defined territory.
• Launch AIS solutions and educate customers through in-services.
• Analyze territory, identify target accounts, and drive market growth.
• Develop quarterly business plans and prioritize AIS opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product updates and pricing trends.
• Support education programs for physicians and health professionals.
• Represent the company at meetings and trade shows.
