Job summary

Stryker in Louisville, KY is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive AIS adoption and support the AIS and HEM portfolios across a defined territory. You will partner with Territory Managers to execute strategic plans, build clinical partnerships, and expand usage in high-acuity settings.

You will deliver education programs, participate in professional meetings, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of AIS products and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of clinical sales experience.
• Strong clinical and product knowledge of AIS and HEM solutions.
• Ability to respond to customer questions and resolve challenges.
• Ability to assess market potential and prioritize accounts for impact.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the established annual sales quota for the territory.
• Execute AIS launch strategies and in-services; support HEM portfolio awareness.
• Analyze territory to identify target accounts and drive market growth.
• Establish quarterly business plans to support product adoption.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate pricing trends.
• Support physician education programs to accelerate adoption of new techniques.
