Job summary

Stryker in Morristown, NJ seeks Neurosurgical Sales Representative to promote NS products in OR and office settings, conducting evaluations and demonstrating value while building strong clinician relationships.

You will track territory progress, communicate wins to the Regional Manager, and provide excellent service as you drive commissions and bonuses in a fast-paced healthcare market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales (medical device preferred) or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years med device sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel ~20%.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and independent-work skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker NS products to meet customer needs in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations and persuasively demonstrate product value to clinicians.
• Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins to the Regional Manager.
• Assist doctors, nurses and staff with proper use and maintenance of products.
