Stryker is seeking a Field-based Neurosurgical Sales Representative to promote neurosurgical products across a defined territory in Winston-Salem, NC. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Ability to travel and support in clinical environments.

• Drive sales by promoting neurosurgical products across an assigned territory and meet/exceed goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and clinicians on product applications and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track territory performance and customer engagement using approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop territory plans and priorities.
