Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a field-based Sales Representative for Neurosurgical (NS) to support neurosurgical procedures and advise healthcare providers on innovative technologies across the territory. You will work directly with surgeons and clinical staff, delivering product expertise, procedural support, and consultative solutions in fast-paced clinical settings.

The NS portfolio involves field-based promotion, evaluations, and case coverage to drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare or consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s degree with leadership, military, or high-performance experience and sales interest.
• Minimum 5 years of outside/B2B/territory selling with a track record of meeting goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb in clinical environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting neurosurgical products across an assigned territory and meet/exceed goals.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical demonstrations.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and professionals on product applications and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business and territory growth opportunities.
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute objectives.
