Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date.
• NBSTSA or NCCT Surgical Tech credential required before hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the surgical environment by organizing sterile drapes, solutions, and instrumentation.
• Support surgical flow by providing instruments and supplies quickly during operations.
• Lead patient positioning and safety by collaborating with the team to prepare and drape patients.
• Maintain a sterile field and conduct instrument counts to ensure patient safety.
