Job summary

St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO, seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist on the Neuro Specialty Team to support complex neurosurgical brain and spine procedures.

You will scrub complex cases, maintain sterile technique, and anticipate surgeon needs while cross-training across multiple specialties. The role offers a 40-hour week with rotating days, and includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualifying hires.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completed Surgical Technician program.
• NBSTSA or NCCT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set up sterile table and instruments for neurosurgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and verify contents of packs.
• Assist in passing instruments and supplies to surgeons during operations.
• Assist with patient positioning and prepping, and sterilize after cases.
• Perform intraoperative counts with the circulator as needed.
