Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, assisting physicians, processing prescriptions, coordinating follow-up care, and maintaining accurate records; English proficiency required, CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; able to read, write and communicate in English.
• MA program with ABHES or CAAHEP accreditation; must be registered/certified within six months.
• Massachusetts EMT or CNA certifications per role may apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare patient charts, verify EMR data before appointments.
• Room patients and document vitals, history, meds, allergies in EMR.
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures; administer injections as needed.
• Process prescription refills and coordinate pharmacy communications.
• Coordinate follow-up care: scheduling, referrals, testing, education.
• Maintain and document accurate electronic medical records; EMR messaging.
• Prepare, stock, clean exam rooms; maintain supplies and equipment.
• Support clinic operations; answer phones and assist other departments.
