Job summary

Boston Medical Center's Neurosurgery Clinic seeks a Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative tasks. Qualifications

• Work requires HS diploma or GED.
• Requires at least two years of previous work experience. Clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs delegated patient care interventions under supervision and communicates task status.
• Gathers patient information, registers, schedules appointments, and assists in patient flow in ambulatory setting.
• Performs administrative duties including data entry, insurance verification, and data collection for registrations.
