Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks a highly organized individual to assist the Program Director in managing operational and administrative duties for residency and fellowship training. You will help with workflow, data collection, and communications across faculty and trainees.

The role involves organizing lectures and events, budgeting support, and ensuring compliance with policies across the program and university partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Relevant Experience: 2 Years.
• No specific certification/professional license required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist program director in managing operational and administrative duties for resident/fellowship training programs.
• Improve workflow and cost efficiency; recommend improvements.
• Understand and communicate policies; ensure compliance across programs.
• Collect and organize data for reports; maintain databases and files.
• Organize lectures, conferences, recruitment, and related program events.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and procurement for program funds.
• Track and report trainee licensing, moonlighting, duty hours, contracts, and re-credentialing.
• Support Match responsibilities and NRMP processes with the GME office.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and expense reports; manage equipment orders.
