Responsibilities

• Monitor and correct reports, ensure data integrity and accurate billing.
• Schedule staff and coordinate staff education and training.
• Address escalated issues and maintain effective communication with patient access teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, budget, and service quality standards.
• Support HR processes including coaching, performance tracking and investigations.
