You will provide expert clinical care for a broad range of neurological conditions, support evolving treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active AGACNP license or eligibility in Arkansas.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with neurological conditions and support evolving treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized, evidence-based interventions.
• Prescribe treatments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate and counsel individuals and families on neurological health, disease management, and maintenance.
• Evaluate patient health outcomes and adapt treatment plans to optimize results.
• Perform delegated medical tasks under a physician collaboration agreement.
• Participate in clinic and hospital projects and committees to support program development.
• Clearly communicate patient needs and care plans to physicians and teams.

About

To be successful in this role, you will be a compassionate and driven Acute Care Nurse Practitioner passionate about neurosciences and dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In your role, you will:

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with a wide range of neurological conditions and support their evolving treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, establish accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Prescribe treatments and collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate and counsel individuals, families, and groups on health promotion, disease management, and maintenance specific to neurological disorders.
• Evaluate patient health outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed to optimize results.
• Perform medically delegated functions under the direction of a physician, as outlined in your collaborative practice agreement.
• Actively participate in clinic and hospital department projects and committees, contributing to program development and leadership initiatives.
• Take responsibility for clearly communicating patient needs, care plans, and problem resolution to physicians and other healthcare teams.

Required

Job Requirements

• Active or eligible Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) license in the state of Arkansas.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification

Pay Range

$116,792 - $160,555 /year
