The Arkansas Neurosciences Institute (ANI) with CHI St. Vincent is seeking a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner to join a renowned neurosurgery program in Arkansas. New graduates are welcome and will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from Dr. Ali Krisht and the team.

You will provide expert clinical care for a broad range of neurological conditions, support evolving treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Active AGACNP license or eligibility in Arkansas.
Current AHA Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced nursing care to patients with neurological conditions and support evolving treatment plans.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized, evidence-based interventions.
Prescribe treatments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate and counsel individuals and families on neurological health, disease management, and maintenance.
Evaluate patient health outcomes and adapt treatment plans to optimize results.
Perform delegated medical tasks under a physician collaboration agreement.
Participate in clinic and hospital projects and committees to support program development.
Clearly communicate patient needs and care plans to physicians and teams.
