Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with neurological conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe treatments in collaboration with physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Communicate care plans across multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in clinic and hospital projects and committees.
• Adhere to collaborative practice agreement guidelines.
