Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join the CHI St. Vincent Medical Group in Hot Springs, Arkansas. You will spearhead advanced neurological care in a caring, faith-based environment recognized for excellence.

In this role, manage diverse neurosurgical challenges, collaborate with an established team, and contribute to a high-impact, patient-centered practice. The position offers a competitive salary between $800,000 - $835,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active Medical License in Arkansas or ability to obtain.
• Completed ACGME Neurosurgery Residency.
• Experience in trauma settings preferred.

As our Neurosurgeon, you will spearhead advanced neurological care at CHI St. Vincent Medical Group in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We are offering a competitive compensation package that includes an initial guaranteed base salary, performance‑based incentives, CME allowance, sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance.

Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurosurgery
• Active Medical License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Completion of ACGME Neurosurgery Residency
• Active BLS
