Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking an Ortho Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and support patient recovery.

The role requires AR RN licensure, CPR certification within 30 days, ACLS within 12 months, and at least 6 months of acute care experience. BSN preferred; sign-on bonus and clinical ladder participation are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in Arkansas (AR) upon hire.
• CPR (BLS) within 30 days.
• ACLS within 12 months.
• 6 months of acute care experience; residency program available for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive ortho/neuro nursing care.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder program as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 12 - months
• 6 months of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program)

• Previous ortho/neuro experience
