Trinity Health Of New England seeks an organized front desk/medical receptionist to ensure smooth patient flow and support for providers and staff. You will greet patients, answer phones, register patients, verify insurance, collect copays, and handle referrals and pre-authorizations as needed.

The role emphasizes strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with medical terminology in a busy practice setting. Day shifts with full-time benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a medical office or billing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology is advantageous.
• Excellent keyboarding and accuracy are essential.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and communicate with patients in person or by phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer phones promptly and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
• Process calls to route patients to the right staff or provider.
• Schedule patient appointments following department protocols to maximize provider productivity.
