• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ B2B sales experience.
• Two years surgical device or medical sales preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
• Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital setting.
• Must be able to stand for long hours in the OR and lift 65 lbs.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets.
• Develop formal annual business plan and monthly/quarterly territory reports.
• Call on Operating Room call points with extensive product knowledge and customer service.
• Collaborate with regional teams to meet financial goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide product feedback.
• Perform sales administrative duties per management.
