Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in the Greater Chicagoland Area is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana.

This role offers a high-volume practice, state-of-the-art hospital infrastructure, EPIC EHR with AI-assisted documentation, and collaboration with neurosurgeons, neurologists, and orthopedists. Open to H-1B applicants with Indiana license; compensation is competitive with MGMA benchmarks and a sign-on bonus; generous time off

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for license within 90–120 days).
• Fellowship in subspecialties (spine, vascular, skull base, neuro-oncology) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical suite environments.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and optimal patient care pathways.
