Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Northwest Indiana (Greater Chicagoland area) seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group. The practice offers a high-volume surgical environment, EPIC EHR with AI features, and collaborative support from neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and surgical staff.

Open to H-1B applicants with Indiana medical license and a strong spine or subspecialty focus, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits planned.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible within 90–120 days).
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and optimal patient care pathways.
