Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led practice in Northwest Indiana, near the Greater Chicagoland area.

The role features a high-volume surgical setting, state-of-the-art hospital infrastructure, and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation. Candidates must have an MD/DO from an accredited US medical school, complete an ACGME Neurological Surgery residency, and hold an Indiana license or be eligible within 90–120 days.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible neurosurgeon required.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school.
• Completed ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency; Indiana license or eligibility within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical environments.
• Perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures and conduct patient workups.
