Job summary

Ascension Health in Milwaukee area clinics is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader for Neurosciences. The role oversees daily practice operations, staff development, and patient flow across multiple locations.

You will liaise with physicians and staff, develop growth strategies with leadership, and manage payroll and scheduling while ensuring policy adherence and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with leadership experience required.
• 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri, no weekends or major holidays.
• Oversees Neuroscience departments in Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Milwaukee, Mequon and Franklin.

Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Oversee daily operations of practice including but not limited to services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.

• Serve as a liaison between practice physicians and office employees, and between the practice and other clinical and administrative areas.

• Develop growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadership. Support financial, budget and business goals

• Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• 40 hours a week | M-F | No weekends or major holidays

• Oversees other Neuroscience departments in the following locations: Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Milwaukee, Mequon, and Franklin

• Prior healthcare leadership highly preferred
