Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy in Albany, NY. This field-based role requires building trusted relationships with psychiatrists and treatment centers while aligning with regulatory and access frameworks.

You will work across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to execute territory strategy, manage patient access, and provide clinical education to drive appropriate usage and uptake.

Formación

• Requires 5–8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health is a plus.
• Familiarity with payer/reimbursement and site-of-care dynamics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and healthcare systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers in understanding referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to onboarding, readiness, and optimization of delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and patient flow considerations.
