Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across a defined territory in the United States. This field-based role requires strong clinical education, strategic account management, and collaboration with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and payers to enable patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers in understanding referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to optimize delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and payer processes.
• Gather and communicate actionable field insights to inform brand strategy.
