Pfizer in the United States seeks a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to advance territory sales and customer relationships. You will engage providers face-to-face and virtually, develop strategic call plans, and leverage analytics to grow opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with relevant sales/healthcare experience, a valid US driver’s license, and willingness to work within the territory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum with 2 years of experience in sales or healthcare, or an associate’s with 6+ years, or high school with 8+ years.
• Preferred: pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales or related marketing experience.
• Must live within 25 miles of territory border; valid US driver's license; clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Develops and implements territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments; uses digital tools effectively.
• Leverages internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Educates providers on product value with disease state knowledge.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
