Job summary

Pfizer is actively seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to grow territory sales in the Fredericksburg, VA area. You will engage healthcare providers, develop strategic call plans, and drive promotional activities while leveraging digital tools to maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with related sales or healthcare experience and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Within 25 miles of territory border; valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers both face to face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments; leverages digital tools for engagement.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Educates providers on unbranded and branded product value with disease state knowledge.
• Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
