Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive territory sales and build customer relationships. The role requires strong product and disease state knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to engage customers both in person and virtually while working with cross-functional teams in a remote-capable environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with relevant sales or pharmaceutical exposure, reside within the territory, hold a valid US driver’s license,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales or promotional activity experience.
• Healthcare/Scientific roles or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory
• Engages with customers both face to face and virtually
• Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments and uses digital tools for engagement
• Uses internal reports/analytics to identify strategic opportunities
• Educates providers on product value using disease state knowledge
• Demonstrates teamwork across the organization to address inquiries
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly
