Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive sales within an assigned territory by building strong clinician relationships and delivering compliant, education-focused product information. The role requires deep neuroscience knowledge and the ability to navigate the local healthcare landscape.

You will partner with HCPs and stakeholders to deliver value, manage a territory plan, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and reimbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant, data-driven education.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and stakeholders.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections with advanced dialogue and selling skills.
• Tailor sales aids and resources to customer needs.
• Collaborate with managed markets, operations, training, and marketing.
• Provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels.
