Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to achieve territory sales goals by building strong customer relationships, delivering compliant product education, and driving patient access. Promote Acadia products to HCPs with clinical and reimbursement information and develop a territory business plan to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Sales role requires 3+ years sales with 1+ year in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales (neuroscience preferred).
• Sr. Specialist requires 8+ years healthcare sales; 2+ years complex/account-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed sales objectives using market data and quarterly action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids, clinical reprints, and brand resources to customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams (managed markets, operations, sales training, marketing) for coordinated solutions.
• Advise on pricing, reimbursement, and specialty distribution channels; liaison for access-related issues.
• Track and report sales activities, business expenses, and customer interactions.
• Represent Acadia at conferences/trainings and participate in required meetings.
• Mentor/train new sales specialists; contribute to cross-functional projects.
