Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Executive Neuroscience Sales Specialist to educate healthcare professionals, build relationships, and drive product awareness across your territory.

The role combines neuroscience expertise with strategic territory management and compliant clinical/reimbursement information. You will travel up to 80% in the US, mentor others, and represent Acadia at conferences and trainings while developing business plans to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with life sciences emphasis preferred.
• 3+ years pharma/healthcare sales, neuroscience preferred.
• Demonstrated selling, leadership, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant information.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and other stakeholders.
• Answer questions, address objections, and tailor sales aids.
• Collaborate with managed markets, operations, and marketing for solutions.
• Provide pricing, reimbursement, and access guidance; track activities.
• Represent Acadia at conferences and trainings; travel as required.
• Mentor/train new sales specialists and contribute to cross-functional projects.
