Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to expand territory sales and foster customer relationships in designated California regions. You will promote Pfizer products, develop strategic call plans, and leverage digital tools to engage providers both in person and virtually.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and a track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in professional sales or related healthcare roles.
• Residency within 25 miles of the territory border.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers both face to face and virtually.
• Develops and implements effective territory call plans and strategies.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Educates providers on product value using disease state information.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes all administrative expectations on time.
