Job summary

Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to increase territory sales and strengthen relationships with customers in the assigned region.

You will promote products, apply strategic plans, and work with cross-functional teams to meet Pfizer objectives. You should have customer, market, and disease-state knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to engage providers both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required; 2+ years in professional sales/promotional activity.
• Experience in healthcare/science fields or with pharma products preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develops and executes territory call plans to maximize impact.
• Builds rapport with customers using digital tools for engagement.
• Uses internal analytics to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
• Educates providers on product value with disease-state knowledge.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
