Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to expand territory sales and strengthen customer relationships within the Des Moines region. You will promote Pfizer’s neuroscience portfolio, engage providers in live and virtual settings, and develop strategic plans to grow business while maintaining compliant, customers-focused communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of professional sales or promotional activity, or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare/scientific roles or educator roles is acceptable
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border and have a valid US driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory
• Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually
• Develops and implements territory call plans and engagement strategies
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities
• Educates providers using disease state knowledge and approved materials
• Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly
