AbbVie seeks a Director, Neuroscience Strategy to lead cross-functional teams across Discovery, Development, Commercial, and Strategy. You will set long-range TA strategies, shape disease-area plans, and integrate internal and external opportunities to guide enterprise priorities.

Ideal candidates bring extensive consulting experience at the executive level, a strong neuroscience focus, and demonstrated ability to drive complex analyses into actionable outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree highly preferred.
• 8+ years in corporate/TA strategy, R&D, commercial, or business development in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong ability to operate independently and manage complex plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical ability.

Responsabilités

• Builds and leads cross-functional teams to develop Disease Area Strategies for Neuroscience.
• Drives TA-wide initiatives with ownership of delivery, process excellence, and alignment.
• Collaborates with Search & Evaluation and Business Development to integrate external strategies.
• Serves as a thought partner to Neuroscience leaders on strategic topics.
• Monitors external trends and advises on enterprise responses.
• Operates with autonomy, drives innovation, and mentors directors/ADs.
