Qualifications

  • Ten+ years of relevant experience in pharma or public policy.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to persuade.
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement government policy strategies to improve patient access and reimbursement in the U.S.
  • Coordinate with U.S. Government Affairs to align brand priorities with policy goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and third-party organizations.
  • Provide strategic counsel to brand teams on policy developments affecting portfolios.
