• Recognized team player with proven facilitative leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present Disease Area Strategies to senior leadership.
• Own Neuroscience TA-wide initiatives and alignment.
• Collaborate with Search & Evaluation and Business Development.
• Advise Neuroscience leaders on strategic topics.
• Monitor external trends and shape enterprise response.
• Lead cross-functional teams with high autonomy.
