Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; advanced degree highly preferred.
• Corporate/TA strategy, R&D, commercial or related pharma/biotech experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a global matrix environment.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex issues and risks.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads cross-functional teams to develop Disease Area Strategies for Neuroscience franchises.
• Drives neuroscience-wide initiatives with ownership of delivery and alignment.
• Collaborate with Search & Evaluation and Business Development to integrate external innovation.
• Serve as a thought partner to Neuroscience leaders on strategic topics.
• Monitor external trends and advise on enterprise readiness and response.
• Leads and mentors Directors and Associates to elevate the strategy team’s impact.
