Job summary

Ipsen in the United States is seeking a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales team and manage an assigned territory. You will convey product information to healthcare providers and pharmacists to support safe and effective use of Ipsen’s products.

The role requires 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a science background, and strong communication skills. Travel within the territory is required; a base salary range is provided with a focus on meeting sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Neuroscience and migraine avoidance experience preferred
• Ability to travel as needed
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Academic healthcare background is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Attain designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and assure product availability in the territory
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs using multiple data sets across approved product indications
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities
• Manage the territory with prioritization, daily call reporting, and sample accountability; develop and execute business plans
• Complete administrative requirements including budget management, logins, sample accounting, expense reports within timelines
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and Ipsen policies when communicating information or providing samples
