Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a results-driven Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio in the Baltimore region. You will lead sales strategies, build strong relationships with clinicians, payers, and organizations, and use data insights to drive performance.

This role emphasizes CNS therapeutics, regulatory awareness, and effective stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has pharmaceutical sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Promote psychiatry portfolio and execute sales/marketing strategies with clinical knowledge.
• Lead business planning and account leadership using data-driven insights to maximize sales performance.
• Develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships to meet customer needs and company goals.
• Gather market trends and therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities and drive account growth.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using company resources.
