Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a results-driven Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio in the Baltimore South territory. You’ll lead account planning, build stakeholders’ relationships, and apply clinical knowledge to drive sales across specialty and primary care settings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharma sales, strong communication, and data-driven strategy skills, with willingness to travel and reside within 40 miles of the territory. A BA/BS is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease and product training exams with annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote psychiatry portfolio and drive sales performance through strategy and clinical knowledge.
• Lead business planning and account leadership, using data-based insights to maximize execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across specialty and primary care settings.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
