Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through its Intra-Cellular Therapies neuroscience team, is expanding its CAPLYTA® medical group to support growth in psychiatry in Wilmington, NC. The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets ethically, engaging healthcare professionals with in-depth clinical dialogue, and developing local strategic plans tied to budget management.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare sales or business-to-business sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel domestically and work outside normal hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory while calling on healthcare providers and related centers.
• Use allocated budgets to achieve territory objectives and tailor discussions to customer needs.
• Maintain understanding of local market, practice structures, and key influencers; share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to local business plans and allocate resources effectively to optimize opportunities.
• Complete all required training within designated timelines.
