Job summary

Intra-Cellular Therapies is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Representative to cover the Seattle, WA territory, including Tacoma, Lakewood, and Olympia, promoting CAPLYTA and other psychiatric products. You will meet targets through in-person and virtual visits, build deep product knowledge, and educate clinicians on evidence, indications, and safety profiles.

The role emphasizes strategic local planning, budget awareness, and compliant, patient-centric engagement with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 1+ years of proven B2B sales in pharma/biologics/medical devices preferred
• Experience with antipsychotics or bipolar disorder is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically, including overnight
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• Ability to adapt to virtual/telemedicine environments
