Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to ensure compliant, effective engagement and to share knowledge on approved products and conditions. You will lead speaker programs, organize local provider groups, and elevate opportunities and feedback to inform local strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years pharma/medical device sales experience or complete Otsuka ReadyNow program.
• 3+ years B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated or clinical settings.
• 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs using in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Medical, HSAMs, PELs) for compliant engagement.
• Organize speaker programs and local provider group discussions with regional leaders.
• Elevate local market insights and feedback to Area Business Lead to inform strategy.
