Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare professionals using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, sharing on-label information and patient care guidance.

The role collaborates with Medical, HSAMs, and PELs, organizes speaker programs and local provider groups, and feeds insights to the Area Business Lead to guide local strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or 3+ years of B2B outside sales in regulated environments or 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate complex clinical information and translate it into practical value propositions.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and company policies with ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage HCPs on topics like product access and on-label information using multiple channels.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed to meet requests.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leadership.
• Elevate opportunities and local market insights to the Area Business Lead to inform strategy.
