Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to achieve territory sales goals by building strong customer relationships and delivering compliant product education. The role requires promoting Acadia products to healthcare professionals, developing a territory plan, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred).
• 3 years sales with 1+ year pharma/healthcare sales (neuroscience preferred).
• 8+ years healthcare sales; 2+ years complex/account-based selling.
• 12+ years healthcare sales; 3+ years complex/account-based selling.
• Advanced selling skills; leadership/business acumen; proven HCP influence.
• Strong communication/negotiation; independent work; adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed sales objectives using market data and insights.
• Establish/maintain strong relationships with HCPs (including KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders.
• Address customer questions/objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids, clinical reprints, and brand resources to customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams for coordinated solutions.
• Provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and specialty distribution; act as liaison for access issues.
• Track/report sales activity, expenses, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company at conferences/trainings and meetings as required.
• Mentor/train new sales specialists and contribute to cross-functional projects.
