Job summary

Acadia is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive territory performance in Southern California. This role focuses on building strong HCP relationships, delivering compliant product education, and advancing patient access.

You will promote Acadia products, develop business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide coordinated solutions and territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharma/healthcare sales experience; neuroscience preferred.
• Senior levels require 8+ years and complex/account-based selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Build relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, and stakeholders.
• Handle objections with advanced selling skills and tailor resources to customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions and address access issues.
• Track/report sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions.
• Represent Acadia at conferences/trainings and mentor new specialists.
