Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharma sales, strong communication, and the ability to navigate market complexities. Travel up to 30–40% across the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptability: ability to embrace change and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Problem-Solving: proven analytical skills to identify solutions and overcome obstacles.
• Data Analysis: strong computer and technical skills used in analyzing data to develop goals.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty; must have a valid driver's license.
• Credentialing requirements for healthcare providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio; execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge.
• Use digital tools and data insights to create opportunities, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders; apply total office account management.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics; address payer access issues.
• Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
